Recently I was thinking of many things that are happening in my life, and sometimes the thought of why am I doing the things that I do occurs. Sometimes I would just ponder and ask myself, I have put in so much effort and time, faithfully, but it seems that no one appreciates it. No one seems to bother. It seemed as if I was just serving blindly.. I come to cell, church faithfully, serve in my ministry.. I put in so much effort in these areas, and yet, no one would say a thank you or appreciate it, taking it for granted... Those were the thoughts that hovered on my mind.
However, on Sunday, Pst Zhuang shared something that really caught my attention. He said that God watches everything that you do. Even if no one around you appreciates it, you can be assured that God saw what you did and appreciates it alot! He even encouraged those who are serving, that God has seen us serving faithfully everytime and appreciates it!
That made me very assured. That few sentences made me know that I am really serving for a purpose. Everything that I did, God has seen and taken note of it. It just goes to show that God does not allow any of our effort spent to go to waste, and it just makes me want to serve Him even more! =)
